About The View at Fountains Wedding Venue
The View at Fountains is an upscale event venue located at Fountains at Gateway. With floor-to-ceiling windows, catering flexibility, and plenty of space for a large guest list, it’s a fabulous venue for an elegant wedding. The venue features a large indoor banquet room and a wrap-around terrace with exquisite views and plenty of room for your entire guest list.
Details of the Grounds
Begin your wedding day by getting ready in the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room, two spacious areas with plenty of room for your closest friends and family. The Bridal Suite is bright, filled with natural light, and accentuated with chic furniture, stylish mirrors, and gold accents. The Groom’s Room is a cozy contrast with a full-length mirror, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient location right next to the bar.
You can say “I do” for your ceremony on the wrap-around terrace overlooking the surrounding green space. With room for up to 100 seated guests (200 standing), it’s a beautiful space for an al fresco ceremony or a stylish cocktail hour.
Inside, the Banquet Room is the perfect place to host a grand reception. With floor-to-ceiling windows inviting the surrounding views, color-changing LED lights, and an easy-to-use sound system, it’s as functional as it is elegant! The room is bright and neutrally decorated, making it the perfect canvas for your unique wedding vision. The Banquet Room comfortably seats 300 people for a seated dinner. Still, if you plan on having a dance floor, your guest list will be more comfortable around 250 guests.
Photography Opportunities
Some lovely outdoor spots surrounding the venue offer green lawns and trees for a sweet outdoor feature. However, if nature-driven pictures are your priority, we may have to venture offsite to find a more versatile outdoor space.
The terrace offers beautiful, contemporary backdrops for group shots of families and wedding parties. There is also so much gorgeous, natural light indoors that we can take pictures in your reception space and the Bridal Room for photos that feature your unique wedding décor.
Wedding Details
To ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly, The View at Fountains does require you to use a wedding coordinator. They’ll serve as your vendors’ and venue’s point of contact all day, so you and your partner can focus on being fully present in every moment.
The View at Fountains does have a list of preferred caterers, but you aren’t required to use them. They are trusted to prepare and serve exquisite meals for you and your guests, but if you have your heart set on another caterer, they simply have to be ABC-licensed and insured. You can also hire bartenders should you choose to serve alcohol. However, your bartenders also need to be ABC-licensed and insured.
Regarding the bar, you can serve beer, wine, and champagne for your celebration, but they do not allow hard liquor. So, if you have your heart set on signature cocktails, this may not be the venue for you.
